The research arm of the business exists to continuously update ourselves with cutting edge management thought, and to conduct specific research programs with an aim of identifying an organization’s readiness for change, and to understand underlying cultural paradigms before a change management program is initiated. This allows us to ensure that all solutions are accepted by the existing culture and does not have adverse effects on the employee morale or motivation. In this space we conduct training needs analysis as well as 180 and 360 degree employee evaluations.
